Final Bears 7-Round Mock Draft!

The Chicago Bears had a strong class of picks under GM Ryan Pace's first draft last year.  Who will the Bears pick in the 2016 NFL Draft?

This is our final mock draft of 2016.  4/25/2016

FIRST ROUND:

Ronnie Stanley, OT (Notre Dame)

The Bears have a probowl RG, a big free agent pick up at RT, big competition at C and LG.  You add a solid pick at LT and the Bears o-line is in business.

SECOND ROUND:

Keanu Neal, S (Florida)

Antrel Rolle is old and can't play anymore.  Adrian Amos can only play one of the two spots.  So what do you do?  You add a hit machine.

THIRD ROUND:

Derrick Henry, RB (Alabama)

In a shocker, the giant falls to the early third round.  The Bears swoop in and suddenly that running game is potent.

FOURTH ROUND:

Maliek Collins, DR (Nebraska)

I was torn about this pick.  Will need to get much stronger, but he's super athletic and quick, especially for his size.

FOURTH ROUND:

Eric Murray, CB (Minnesota)

Good cover skills.  Tough against the run.  Just a bit short.

FIFTH ROUND:

Thomas Duarte, TE/WR (UCLA)

Route running of the WR, but he is a bit of a tweener.  Likely to be a tough matchup at TE.  I think he could be a steal in this round.

SIXTH ROUND:

Ron Thompson, DE (Syracuse)

Really athletic guy.  Undersized to be a 4-3 DE, which is what he played in college.  I think he could be an ideal 3-4 OLB.  Bears get a steal here.

SIXTH ROUND:

Beau Sandland, TE (Montana State)

JUCO transfer.  HUGE potential, but will need a lot of work.  This is a project you put on the practice squad and he's a player for you next year.

SEVENTH ROUND:

Trevone Boykin, QB (TCU)

Too short.  System quarterback.  But he is athletic enough and has a strong arm that you might as well take a flyer on him.
